Liked Tulum, the hotel was stunningly beautiful in the a very nice area. The room was big size with walk in shower, the staff were respectful!

The walls are paper-thin. I was like I was camping in a tent rather than staying in a hotel. I encountered numerous issues with cleanliness, particularly with the pool, not maintained and had a noticeable odor.

Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, made meal prep easy. While the breakfast options were basic, the freshness of the food was appreciated. We faced issues with water supply. It was non-existent for the first night, frustrating after a long flight, and we struggled for three nights with similar interruptions. The staff were responsive and accommodating, which helped mitigate some issues. The decor was stylish. It had great potential but needs to sort out those water supply and location concerns.
